At Vivid Styles Shop, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our beachwear, accessories, or clothing items, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Bikinis & Swimwear (unless faulty)
  • Jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
  • Headgear (worn close to the face)
  • Etui cases (personalised items)

Please note: This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty items.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your Vivid Styles purchase:

  1. Request Authorization: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return. Use our template below to make it easy.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email) using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color? Follow the same return process above, clearly stating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying your preferred replacement item.

If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the item price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement or refund at no cost to you.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK returning items, please note:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return shipment
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
